Sunday Night at The London Palladium was the biggest entertainment show of the decade. Watched by millions, appearing on such a show was such a prestige moment for any performer and often helped record sales as DSB witnessed with As I love you and Kiss me honey honey a few years back in the late 50s. This performance is the only surviving footage around. Recorded from a TV live at the time on a reel to reel tape recorder and when I received this, I cleaned the sound .
